Baling of hay and straw

The best-selling LB 434 presses that produce bales of 120 x 90 x to 260 cm in length are fitted with a large steerable tandem axle with 620 mm wide tires as standard. Wide tires allow good press permeability in humid conditions and low soil compaction. The crop is picked up by a 2.4m pick-up, which feeds the material into the W-shaped feed rotor. At the heart of these presses is a ram with 48 blows per minute to ensure perfect bale consolidation. There are six knots of Hesston type. The dropping of the bale and its gradual storage is realized by means of a split roller chute. The big advantage of this press is that it can operate without any connectivity except for the drive shaft.
